Return PolicyMerchandise returned should be sent via some method of certified shipping and delivery. Returns must be in original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. No refunds or exchanges for items purchased at tradeshows.
Full refund provided for merchandise returned within 15 days from date of purchase. After 15 days, a 20% restock fee will be assessed, and the customer issued store credit.
No credit given for shipping charges. Credit will not be issued for closeout or discontinued items. Items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear and tear will not be given credit.
Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase date along with a copy of the invoice. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify Fashion Toppers within 10 days of any damage. Fashion Toppers reserves the right to repair or replace damaged merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 days from date of purchase. |
